The Xätcuþlæv /xɑt.cɯθ.læv/ script is the main writing system used for Iÿæxr Tòr. It is primarily an abugida, but it has complex elements like a syllabary. Xätcuþlæv is written right to left and has a traditional mode written top to bottom.
Each consonant glyph has three basic forms for each of the vowel families, plus two coda forms that can be added above or below a letter. To distinguish between vowels, extra diacritics are used. There are also numerous ligatures and special systems.
