Qiypax ([qij.pax]; mQIY(x) "land of Qiypa") is a peninsula in northern Njuuqe on the plane of Gjapñulia. It is the homeland of the Ńhabqa people. The peninsula is surrounded by the Central Ocean (Ćaqhinćić) on the north and west, the Gulf of Qiypax (Xiytlińqiypax) on the east, and the rest of Njuuqe (Nićuqi) to the south. There are also two major seas in Qiypax. The Xaćaiq Sea is on the eastern side, separated from the Gulf of Qiypax by Ćitixa Island but connected through the Bay of Ngahaq and Htuxyań Channel on the north and south of the island, respectively. The Qiyanać Sea is on the southern side, connected to the Xaćaiq Sea through the Strait of Xaćaiq, which runs between Ćqayh Peninsula in the east and Iaćśqiń in the west.
